Preparation of briefs for the development of the site

I am looking for a partner to communicate with clients and write briefs. Payment of a percentage of the order. I pay from 5% to 10% depending on the cost of the order. Your tasks will include communicating with the client via Skype (preferably having a set for video / audio communication) regarding the clarification of all requirements for further preparation of a detailed technical task / brief. Good knowledge of the Internet and websites is required. Knowledge of engines is desirable - Joomla, WordPress, OpenCart.
