Cold calls to promote 2COM services: home internet and digital television.
Requirements:
availability of a fixed PC / laptop;
Internet access;
Availability of a headset (earphones with a microphone);
PC knowledge at the user level;
Orientation to the final result;
Customer-oriented;
Stress resistance.
Conditions:
Work from home;
Calls are made using free IP-telephony (via the site), at home;
