I want to find a smart and adequate developer who for affordable and reasonable money and in a reasonable time will make a site on 1C Bitrix or any other platform.
There may be a website that will meet our needs.
As one example, I saw on the website of VDGB a finished product - 1C: Site of the management company of housing, housing and housing and housing and housing ().
I think it might be a good fit for us, but maybe I’m wrong and I need a different product or maybe something completely different. As soon as possible, I need to decide what to buy - a finished product or develop my own individual.
Briefly about the functionality of the future site:
1. The main page of the site consists of 3 main blocks - 1) a portal for grouping; 2) a tender platform; 3) a social network. Each of these independent blocks, which will work on one domain, must have its own registration. In addition, the portal block requires the possibility of creating personal accounts for each member of the group with the possibility of voting on general issues of the group (using the mechanism of a simple electronic digital signature).

The formation of the agenda and voting process is continuous and, therefore, should be conducted weekly. At the same time, all previously adopted decisions should be available for familiarization by all participants of voting in their personal account - from the beginning of work to the last decision. The agenda of the issues that are to be voted on this week is also visible.
