Trader looking for a programmer partner

I am looking for a software partner to create a mechanical trading system (MTS, trading robot) for trading on the American stock market. I am a 4-year trader who successfully trades medium-term strategies on the NYSE. To diversify by trading systems, it was decided to add short-term and intrade MTS. Therefore, there was a need for formalization and backtesting of MTS. If you have programming skills (C#), and are familiar with the Wealth-Lab program, I will be glad to discuss with you the terms of cooperation.
