The customer selects the goods, puts it in the basket, then makes an order - enters data about himself (Name, Surname, Delivery Address - you need to take a full list of all cities and villages of Russia from any delivery provider), then the delivery calculation plugin displays the cost of delivery for each delivery provider. The customer puts a tick (point) opposite the delivery method of interest to him and goes to payment (payment is already on the site).
