You need to build the PSD layout into pure HTML and CSS without being linked to the engine, but adaptive. The adaptability of layouts and all effects should be on CSS 3.0 only without using any JavaScript. Any Javascript in the layouts is strictly forbidden!
The layout of the site should be designed with HTML 5.0 markup and contain all modern and necessary META tags. The layout form fields, as well as the names of all classes and style identifiers, should be named appropriately and accordingly. The source code of the page should be well structured and formatted.
You will definitely need to show an example of the page you have compiled of any work site with a link to your personal site or to your profile on any freelancing exchange.
