A Telegram bot for our online store that lets customers place orders, track delivery status, and receive automated updates.
Bot Features
— Product catalog browsing via inline keyboard
— Cart management and order placement
— Payment via Telegram Pay or invoice link
— Order status updates (auto-notifications on change)
— Customer support escalation to human agent
— Admin panel: order list, status updates, broadcast messages
— Analytics: orders per day, revenue, top products
Tech Stack
— Python 3 + aiogram 3 OR Node.js + Telegraf
— PostgreSQL or MySQL
— Webhook mode (not polling)
