Project Overview
We operate a SaaS platform serving 50+ business clients. We need a multi-tenant admin panel where each client sees only their own data.
Core Features
— Multi-tenant architecture (isolated data per client)
— Role-based access control (super-admin, admin, manager, viewer)
— Client onboarding flow (invite by email)
— Per-client dashboard with custom branding (logo, colors)
— Activity logs per user and client
— API key management per tenant
— Billing overview (read-only, no payment processing)
— 2FA support (TOTP)
Tech Stack
— PHP 8 + MySQL or PostgreSQL
— Vue.js or React frontend
— JWT authentication
— Docker for local dev
Budget: $450 fixed.
