You need to write a simple chat script with a bot in JavaScript / jQuery to replace the usual F.A.Q. system that is now available on the site with a more interactive one.
It is necessary to analyze the text entered by the user and if his question contains keywords for the existing questions-answers, then he gives the user a question and an answer and a suggestion to write a message in those. Support if the answer to his question was wrong.
If the person clicks on the button "send a message to those. Support, then the form should be opened to him and correspondence should be sent to us covertly so that we can make corrections to the script for the future.
