I need an Android application to work on the internal network via Wifi, the essence of which is to work with 3 documents (2 contracts (docx) and an account (excel)):
Each user enters the program by selecting himself from the list (user number: 101, 102, 103...)
- then chooses the action: to conclude the contract (docx), to edit the contract (while retaining the previously created copy), to print the contract act, to write an invoice.
- the account under the contract or without the contract is selected based on the task,
Each document is automatically assigned the following serial number,
- Preservation of prepared documents should be in 2 different network folders,
- printing the document on a network printer,
When you enter under the administrator, there are expanded features, such as: the ability to edit the document one-time before saving, the ability to edit the document in the program so that users will print a new text, change the serial number, etc.
