Project description
Remote job vacancy. An engineer from the PTO is urgently needed.
Main responsibilities of the PTO engineer:
1. Exit statistics (daily)
2. Report to the general contractor on the exit of people and the work carried out (daily)
3. Registration of permits to the construction site (as new employees appear on the joint venture)
4. Maintenance of journals on OT, TB and PB (as new employees appear on the joint venture)
5. Drawing up outfits-admission (1 time per month)
6. Registration of new employees (signing contracts, forming and transferring a set of documents to the office) (as new employees appear at the joint venture)
7. Maintenance of accumulatives on TMZ, concrete, fittings, etc. (constantly)
8. Submission of applications for materials to the general contractor (as required)
9. Applications for consumption, etc. To the office (every Friday and as needed)
10. Applications for tool repairs (as required)
11. Maintenance of electronic table by instrument (continuously)
12. Drafting of acts on the movement and write-off of the TMC and tool (as necessary)
13. Maintenance of electronic tables by people (continuously)
14. Drawing up various lists of PPs and advances (as required)
15. Drawing up various lists, conducting surveys, completing packages of documents regarding the movement of people (as needed)
16. Preparation for the meeting: conducting a survey, calculating plan-facts, etc. (as appropriate)
17. Official placement of staff: preparation of sets of documents (as required)
18. Execution: calculation of volumes, coordination of volumes, coordination of the COP (1-2 times a month)
19. Drafting of acts on emergency situations: no supply of materials, does not work BC, etc. (as needed)
20. Checking the work of new employees (2 times a month)
21. Maintenance of journals: General works, concrete works, etc. (daily)
22. Drafting and signing of the executive documentation: AOSR, AOOC, registers, etc. (constantly)
23. Other duties depending on the construction site and the general contractor
