Project description
The services of a specialist in the development of electronic equipment are required. It is required to develop a module of a signal amplifier transistor thermosensor.
1 Name, designation and purpose of the product
Module of signal amplifier transistor thermosensor, ICBA.021.07.00.000.
It is designed to measure temperature.
2 Technical requirements
The bipolar NPN transistor is used as the sensor.
The temperature range measured is from -25 to 100 °C.
2.3 The transformation function is linear.
Output signal is a DC voltage between -2.5V and 10V.
2.5 The main error of the transformation is not more than 3.0%.
The time constant of the amplifier is within 0.4 . . . . 0.6 s.
The product shall be supplied from a DC voltage source of ± 15 V ± 5%.
The module shall be in the form of a printed circuit board of not more than 60×60 mm in size mounted on the NI ELVIS platform panel. Connecting the sensor to the terminal on the board.
The sensor connection circuit is two-wire or four-wire. The communication line is differential shielded. The length of the communication line is not more than 15 m.
Operating conditions - ambient temperature from +5 to +40 °C.
