Project description
Programmer services are required. It requires the development of a module/plugin for QGIS on python using openstreetmap (OSM).
The objective is to define and classify undeveloped areas.
The essence: in any part of the map, you need to choose a site and calculate the total area on it, subtract the area with buildings from it.
The remaining area is some objects and they should be classified, for example, a river, a lake, a park or a road.
