Good afternoon,
Offering extra earnings. I am a researcher at HSE and need help with a research project. I would like to receive regular consultations on working with QGIS. At this point, I have a specific task to accomplish. I want to calculate the average value of the raster layer for the regions (vector polygonal layer). The difficulty is that I have to take into account that grid cells of 30*30 arc seconds have different areas depending on latitude. I would like to receive assistance with this task, as well as detailed explanations of how to do it. I have a long-term economics project with George Mason University that involves geodata. Therefore, I will need consultations on a regular basis.
