Web developer services are required. You need to develop a plugin for integration with the delivery service for Bitrix24.
Provide:
Embedding on the ordering page
Opportunity to choose the delivery method when placing an order
The ability to track the status of the order by the buyer and operator
The ability to edit the data of the recipient and the order after registration by the operator
Confirmation of order
Cancellation of order
Returns processing
The module setup page. On which the user will need to keep his registration data received from the carrier, etc. Basic module settings.
