Project description
Remote job vacancy. A master planner is required.
Responsibilities:
Creation of PPT on the basis of topography, geology, geodesy, taking into account gene plans, PPZ.
Development of projects for land and commercial real estate;
Performing a visual examination of the object, profile calculations of the project;
Implementation of project documentation (sketch projects, pre-project proposals, working documentation);
Placement of objects on land plots, taking into account the standards of development, passageways, red lines, security zones, sanitary protection zones, etc., taking into account the most effective use of the land area;
Reflection of the main parameters: the area of Zu, the area of development, the area of passages, the area of the green zone. Within the specified time-limit;
Definition of requirements and limitations for project solutions.
Requirements:
Higher technical education;
Experience of the designer from 1 year;
Confident PC user (MS Office, AutoCAD)
