Programmer services are required. You need to create a questionnaire for Oracle APEX.
Scope:
APEX. Personal office.
Business purpose of the functional:
Automation and collection of information on the assessment of the employee on the probationary period.
Business entities involved in the process:
"Personal Cabinet" ⁇ "Structure of the Company"
Business rules:
The result of the employee assessment should be sent to the employee, the manager and the HR manager who sent the task after the survey by all employees or 5 working days after the assignment was created for the questionnaire, in case not all employees passed the survey.
General description:
For the role of STAFF on the page "Document turnover" is presented a button [Form 270], which in the additional window you can select the employee for whom the assessment is carried out and his colleagues.
