You need a PHP or Perl script to recognize CAPTCHA. The effectiveness of the script should be at least 95%. The processing speed of one captcha is no more than 3 seconds in the first stages, then you will need to refine the script to a speed much lower, but at the moment this speed will be enough. We are interested in programmers who already have experience in writing such automatic recognition systems.
