Offering remote work. A QGIS module is required.
Teh. Task
1.Develop a software library to support the processing of spatial and passport data of objects in the format of engineering networks (flat graph)
2. The software library should support data processing of professional areas with transport systems, as well as support control and maintenance of the topology.
3. The software library is implemented in Qgis.
4. The software library should implement the following functionality: creation, removal, attachment of objects, division of objects, association.
5. The software library should allow you to work with an arbitrary set of attributive data.
6. The software library has the functionality of administering engineering networks.
