3D modeling training

The services of a 3D modeling specialist are required. I want to learn how to model complex shapes (motorcycles, cars, equipment). I have the basic concepts myself engineer worked in Fusion 360, Inventor, 3d Max, Solid Works, on tutors YouTube and general time courses there is no clear understanding of what I need and looking for a person who would quickly hold my hand.
Of the wishes, a big plus will be if you have already modeled motorcycles or other equipment, the second if you know how to work with references on which the model is depicted at an angle (in isometry) and not strictly from the side, top or front, because I want to learn how to work if you have only a couple of references (photos) and they are not the most successful in terms of angle.
I can send you a short video of what level of model I would like to reach. We can do zoom or timweaver training, all day free, so we can do a couple of hours a day.
