Project description
Offering remote work. It is required to perform a calculation of the metal overpass for the perception of additional loads from the proposed (new) technological pipeline.
Foundation: Column, with dimensions of 500x500mm depth of enclosure -1.5m from the natural base. Class B15
The metal frame consists of 2 columned double-tavers No. 25K with a span of 2.0 m. The base of columned double-tavrs is made of a plate thickness of 30 mm with dimensions of 400x500 mm and metal sheets welded along the perimeter of the cross section of a columned double-tavre, in the form of a trapezoid, with a sheet thickness of 4 mm and a height of 500 mm.
Rigels are 4 pcs. They are placed on different markings:
- 1st Rigel from beamed two-tavre No. 16B and pt. Nid +2.110m
- 2nd Rigel from beamed two-tavre No. 16B and pt. Niza +2.770m
- 3rd Rigel from beamed two-tavre No. 16B and pt. Niza +3.430m
- 4th Rigel from beamed two-tavre No. 25B and pt. Niza +4.290m
Beams of beams No. 25B in the longitudinal direction connecting frames, long 4.0 m and runs made of broad-brimmed double-tavers No. 16 on the zm. +3.270m
On top of the overpass there is a running bridge, its dimensions, width of 1000 mm with a height of handrails 1200 mm. The supporting part is made of beamed double-taur No. 25B and equal-hand corners 200x200x7mm
