Project description
Good afternoon!
Offering remote work. I represent a company that manufactures industrial weighting equipment.
We are looking for a specialist to study the technical documentation of metal construction of automobile scales.
We will provide sketches of cargo receiving platforms with a description of the type of rental used.
The designs will be used in two types with a difference in the steel grade and the height of the load-bearing longitudinal beams.
For each of the designs, the load parameters of the maximum weighed car will be provided.
Task:
Stage 1
1. Conduct computer tests of two designs:
A. To form a model,
B. Test the model based on the provided loads of vehicles,
C. Calculate the destructive loads,
D. Calculate loads to non-recoverable geometry,
E. Calculation of bolt joints;
2. If necessary, propose design changes:
A. Classes and types of metal,
B. Bolt joints;
3. To create design documentation for production,
4. Create a seam scheme (welding technology).
Stage 2 (can be implemented by a separate project)
1. To form a production process scheme with the equipment specification,
2. Select the necessary equipment for production,
3. Preferably, the standards for each operation.
Sketch and limit loads are provided by supplement. I'll ask.
