Project description
Remote work for a website builder. A two-page website should be developed.
The project:
Medical project on diagnosis (screening) of the body.
The client enters his data, displays a report with the results with simultaneous sending to e-mail:
Ah. Free part of the result (compressed information)
B. Makes a purchase and receives an extended result by email.
Technical part of the project:
Page 1:
Top part – Information and contact details of the company
Middle (incl. left and right) – information about the project
The bottom part is information about privacy and the scam.
Page 2:
There's a prototype of fields and information.
It is necessary to link ready-made response templates for three answers.
Calculation formulas, project description and matrix of reports will be sent after approval and selection of the contractor.
At the bottom of the page (after the fields) you need to link the payment button.
Domain and hosting are available. After approval of the finished completed project, you must fill in the domain hosting.
