Project description
Offering remote work. The existing project on ASP.NET + MS SQL database, needs to be modified, according to the new requirements of the legislation:
(1) Implement Cryptography:
Individual entrepreneurs, legal entities (including a network organization) can sign documents using a strengthened qualified electronic signature.
Individuals can sign documents with a simple electronic signature.
(2) Implement the delineation of access rights.
(3) Remodel the registration in the system:
- For individuals using SNILS
- For individual entrepreneurs and legal entities using TIN and OGRN
And other methods that do not contradict the PP of the Russian Federation from 27.12.2004 No. 861
