Project description
There are a large number of servers (1) on Linux and Window that store data. All servers are permanently on and all have internet access and access to a private VPN network. Data is reset from each server at the end of the day to other servers (2).
You need to write a program that will track the load of servers (1).
When you find loaded servers:
The program must tell the host server (0) that it should no longer send materials to the loaded server and tell the server manager that it must forcibly transfer files to the backup servers without waiting for the end of the day.
When you find free servers:
Tell the server (0) that it can use it again.
