Project description
Remote work from home. Call center operator required. There are two online stores. They will receive applications for the purchase of goods by email. The application contains only the name of the client and his phone number. After receipt of the application, you need to call the client within a maximum of 15 minutes, confirm receipt of the application and negotiate on the existing script (clarify the amount of goods, method of delivery, method of payment, delivery address...). Applications can come around the clock.
