Offering extra earnings. I need help with the heat treatment.
(1) A heat exchanger according to the TK in the attachment shall be selected. The design and type of heat exchanger is unknown. Initially, the casing of the pipe heat exchanger was considered. Thermal calculations must be done both in the flows specified in the TK and change the flows, namely oil in the casing and water in the pipe. The diameter of the pipe specified in the TK can change the wall thickness preferably 1 mm. In the calculation, it is necessary to calculate the minimum heat exchange area.
(2) The casing tube heat exchanger shall be calculated. Conduct a heat calculation in the program Solid Works flow simulation (version 2020) heat-watering unit in the attachment.
3) To perform heat calculation in the program solid workflow simulation (version 2020) of the heat exchanger, which was selected by the Contractor in paragraph 1. Sketch heat exchanger makes the Customer (within 24 hours) according to the provided data of the Contractor according to p. 1.
