Project description
Offering remote earnings. A partner manager of the International Beauty Contest is required.
Responsibilities:
Working with current partners;
Finding and establishing contacts with new partners;
Development of creative concepts, presentations, sponsorship collaborations, native materials;
Preparation of strategies and commercial proposals for potential and current partners;
Negotiation, execution of commercial proposals, conclusion and support of agreements on transactions;
Search for non-standard formats of communication with partners / audience;
Initiation and organization of special projects in cooperation with the partners of the competition;
Preparation of analytics and statistics on projects for partners;
Maintaining sponsorship projects, monitoring the final results;
Preparation of media plans, forecasting of indicators;
Promotion of the brand in the market;
Coordination of work of designers, contractors (setting of technical specifications, control of work performance), etc. The participants in the process.
Control of internal processes: project implementation time, results, schedule of work;
Budget preparation and harmonization;
Full management of document management on the project.
Requirements:
Availability of similar experience of successful search of partners, project management;
Experience in the media industry, fashion/beauty industries;
Experience in project management in the digital environment;
English language skills at upper-intermediate level;
Experience with agencies and contacts (as a big plus);
Activity, non-standard thinking;
Ability to produce ideas and achieve goals;
Experience in preparing presentations and commercial proposals;
Ability to analyze marketing campaigns in numbers and the ability to sell them to customers
High communication skills and ability to work in multitasking mode.

Income level discussed with successful candidate ($1,500-$3,000)
