Greetings to all freelancers.
Web developer services are required. I need to develop a Telegram bot to solve problems for students.
This is a bot that takes different tasks from students directly online from the phone, places them in its Telegram channel, searches for the decisive ones, then connects the decisive one and the customer - then accepts payment from the client and informs the Decisive about the beginning of the decision.
There is an example of a bot, but you need to make not just a copy of the existing bot, but even the best option!
The bot should be written with open and accessible code with maximum comments in the code.
