Project description
I need to develop working documentation for the construction of the house. There are results on geology. The project of the house is attached in the file below. The house is supposed in the style of "high-tech", monolithic-framework with a flat unused roof. The foundation is supposed to be in the form of a monolithic plate with stiffness ribs down the UWF technology without laying water heating pipes (it may be necessary to have another foundation). The walls are made of brick (380 mm) with insulation (100 mm) and decorative plaster.
The design must be carried out using bim technology (for example, in the Revit program) with the LOD400 detailing. If you like the result, you can order additional sections.
You would like to receive:
- confirmation of work on the development of documentation;
- examples of your work on the development of sections AR, KR, UWC;
- approximate cost (separately for each section) and the timing of the work.
Thermal engineering calculations are also required to determine the thickness of the wall insulation.
