Web developer services are required. It is required to develop an internal mail service with all the basic functionality - sending letters with attachments, resending, answering machine, folders for letters, spam, basket and so on.

Design is not in the first place, but you need to provide such an opportunity so that you can quickly change it through template files.
Registration is not required, all users will be created by the administrator. However, the admin panel is mandatory and must have a number of certain advanced functions, for example, just creating, editing users, viewing user emails, but only when determining some matches in the text using another script that we will provide.
