You must adapt the css form template (codecanyon) for use in the sharepoint 2013 list forms:
1. Make corrections to the template so that it appears as intended with the work in the standard Sharepoint 2013 list template in mind. Almost everything works correctly, but there are minor problems (e.g., stretching the block in height regardless of the contents)
2. Add the ability to work in the latest versions of the browser (Chrome, IE 10+, Safari).
3. Add elements to the template retaining the overall style that allow you to display read-only information in the form or make adjustments to existing ones. Now this is done by adding input elements with the attribute “disabled” but the font is very faded and can not be read. You can change the template to read the text, or add a new element to display the data (for example, a table) in a common style.
4. Make 3 forms that are now made in tables in a new template (example form in the appendix)
