Project description
Offering remote earnings for a telemarketing specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Making calls on the ready base;
Presentation of the benefits of learning English at school to a potential client;
- Dealing with the doubts and objections of the client;
- Enrolling clients for a free introductory lesson;
- Collection of primary information about the client;
- Accountability.
Conditions:
- Remote work from home;
- The customer base is provided;
- Training is provided.
50% discount for employees to study English at our school.
Official arrangement from the first day of the contract.
Probation period 1 month.
A convenient schedule is 5/2.
Full day: 10-19, 11-20, an hour for lunch.
Part-time: 10-15; 15-20 (minimum 5 hours shift), 30 minutes for lunch.
Weekends are all, second in the week. Possible weekends of SB and SS
Payment:
Salary from 5000R to 9000R + Bonus part - 10-15 thousand rubles. Average income 20-22 thousand rubles
Requirements for the candidate:
- The ability to communicate with people. (Literacy, politeness, listening, presentation and argumentation are all things that are necessary in sales.)
Willingness to work remotely and ability to maintain discipline in such conditions;
- Confident PC user (Skype, Google docs);
- Competent speech, clear diction;
- A manner of communication that is pleasing to itself;
Flexibility in communication, ability to switch quickly.
Technical requirements:
- Sustainable Internet;
PC (laptop) with RAM of at least 8 GB;
- Headset;
- Video camera (integrated/external).
