Good afternoon, Dear Designers.
A fast-growing company requires a designer.
Conditions of work: Payment immediately after delivery of the project, i.e. After all the work. Don’t wait for the client to pay for the project. Payment for projects is negotiated separately. The work will not be in the office, at least for the first time. There is no room in the office for another designer. We are located in Moscow, but even if you are not from the capital, you can still send an application, because it is understood that if you are a designer from God and do well with your duties, and want to move to the capital for free, we will be able to help you in the future. But this after... And now the situation is like this...
Current designers are not able to cope with the work because of the large influx of orders. We will be able to order 10 projects per month. You will have to cope, as this is the main thing that the designer does not disappear at the right time. The work will be conducted through Megaplan.
How do you know if you are the designer?
Anyone who wants to try themselves as a designer in our company, must complete a mini task. Naturally, the task will be related to the project that we will need in the future. A certain amount will be paid for the project. The amount will be discussed separately with each applicant, because each assesses his professional qualities differently. The price of the project will also depend on a lot, because we will not be able to pay a design budget that exceeds the project budget.
