Full-time schedule from 10:15 to 17:50
Free schedule from 10:00 to 18:00
Calls can be made remotely through headphones.
The company pays for the connection.
Payment of 15,000-51,500 rubles. In the month. (1 dialogue more than 10 seconds. = 5 rubles., or a minute of conversation 2.6 rubles. +% of the order 5% = 250-2 500 rubles.)
If payment for interest - from each order - 500 rubles. Or 10% of the check.
The average check is 15 000-20 000 rubles.
From one sale, the operator receives from 1,000 to 30,000 rubles. (interest)
We provide a base and a call room.
Minimum volume requirements:
At least 100 dialogues are required on a full-time basis, with an average dialogue time of up to 3 minutes.
Calls are made in the CRM system or on the Zadarma website.
Who is not ready to earn honestly, we warn immediately
All conversations are recorded and ineffective operators are quickly identified.
For money, the customer does not get to sit down!!
