Refining the database in Excel

Good afternoon. We need a database specialist in Excel. The database table in Excel needs to be refined. We have a construction company, for 2 years we have been keeping a table of purchases in Excel, which indicates all the points of interest to us (in the attachment). The material is bought for a certain object, but it is not always used for this purpose (bought at object No. 1, but part was actually used at object No. 1, part at object No. 2, 3, 4 and the other part was left in stock).

What we want:
* use our table as a database that is updated daily, mark the "material shipped to the facility bypassing the warehouse" and "bought for the object, to the warehouse";
*marked "bought for the object, warehouse" filtered into another table (without prices), this will be the warehouse for which the storekeeper will work.
* marked "material shipped to the object bypassing the warehouse" is filtered into another table (with prices), it will be a summary, according to which the head works and sees in real time the cost of the object, it is necessary to display how the material got to the object through the warehouse or directly from the supplier
Filters are needed for ease of use.
