Offering extra earnings. Technical survey specialists are required to work remotely from the subject of the survey.
Requirements for a specialist in technical survey (remote work):
Type of office: Remote work, flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
Analysis of source documentation
Analysis of measurement drawings, fixation of defects
Drawing up conclusions and recommendations for the further operation of the facility (as well as for reconstruction and overhaul)
Formation of a technical report on the results of the survey according to the standards
Requirements:
Higher construction education
experience in this area for at least 5 years;
Ability to work with drawings AutoCAD, Archicad
Ability to work with regulatory documentation
A well-established portfolio of objects (to provide for familiarization with the quality of the work performed - on request, in any format, you can even video shooting report)
Conditions:
Other issues are discussed during the interview
Salary: piecework system of remuneration depending on the object
The non-exit nature of the work (in their place). All fieldwork and comments are provided by the customer.
