Design of the cottage and the adjacent plot

We need a design specialist in ArchiCAD. It is required to design a cottage and the adjacent site in the ArchiCAD program. There is a ready-made model of a two-storey cottage with already planned space, in which you need to decorate the interior and arrange furniture, as well as perform visualizations of the main premises (living room, kitchen, dining room, one bedroom and bathroom). Visualization can be exemplary, with standard furniture and without details. The cottage is designed for the rest of a married couple with a child. The cottage is located on a real existing site and, if necessary, it can be found on Google map. The space of the area must be designed, i.e. Locate a terrace, an open summer dining area, a play area for children, pedestrian paths, entry and exit to the site is possible. From the drawings you need: Plan of the entire site, Axonometry of the site from both sides and plus Visualization of the site from both sides. I enclose several images: 1 - a general plan of the entire territory; 2 - the same territory, but divided into 4 parts. The part I need for the design is shown under number 2; 3,4 - plans of two floors of the cottage. Visualization of the interior must be done before December 11, and all work - before December 22-24. . Thank you!
