Colleagues! Priority will be given to those answers and proposals that contain the most complete information – terms, costs, portfolio, etc. Answers like “ready to work” will be considered last. A huge plus will be the reference to your portfolio and the description of the experience in adaptive layout.
Your help is required in the development of a new design and layout, for the project of the Internet site of the sewing studio.
What needs to be done:

Requirements:
(1) Design and layout
(a) A layout should be made with adaptive design in mind. I mean. The design must adapt to different display resolutions, from the mini ala iPhone, to large sizes (HD, for example).
(b) On large dimensions, the width of the page can be fixed.
(c) Provide navigation on mobile devices (buttons and controls)
The basic requirement of ease of navigation and ease of use for ordinary people.
(2) The layout
(a) Adaptive design
Compatible with major browsers, including mobile iOS and Android.
(c) HTML5 doctip layout. (Debated separately with the contractor)
(d) Use jquery. Mobile gesture library jquery mobile (questionable, discussed separately with the performer)
Please send your estimates of cost and time.
What exactly do you need to evaluate:
1) We plan to get from you the developed design of the main (main) page and all the necessary elements - buttons, arrows and other attributes, with the expectation that they will be fully compiled HTML code site.
(2) Prepared layout of the main (main) page, with the necessary styles, navigation scripts, galleries, etc.
What you want to have on the way out:
The file is in psd format, with all the listed elements prepared for layout.
Archive in zip format, containing the layout of the main page of the site and scripts for galleries, etc. elements.
How the interaction is planned:
After we have agreed on the price, terms, procedure and method of payment.
(1) You are preparing a draft design. Quick, no haircuts or details. The task is to evaluate the composition, idea, style and color solutions.
(2) We make wishes, corrections, clarifications.
(3) You make further adjustments to the comments.
