Project description
We need a specialist in working with drawings of interior design projects in the Autodesk Revit program. Work documentation on the design project based on the finished 3D model in Autodesk Revit is required.
Requirements:
Experience with interior design projects;
Knowledge of systems and design methods;
Autodesk Revit and BIM design principles
Possession of the main regulatory documents (SNIP, SP), the ability to quickly find and analyze information;
Readiness to learn the standards and concepts of interior design of the Dodo Pizza Pizza
Possession of ethics of business communication;
Adequate perception of criticism.
Conditions:
The cost of work from 4 to 6 thousand. RUB per set depending on the complexity of the project;
The possibility of expanding the range of tasks for projects with a corresponding increase in payment;
Opportunity to work in the team of designers.
Model project:
Design of a set of drawings of design projects of pizzerias on the ready model in a customized template in the Autodesk Revit program.
Composition of the kit:
1. General data (type sheet)
2. Plan of premises (zoning and furniture)
3. Plan partitions (isolation and binding of the partitions being built, binding of the plumbing equipment)
4. Plan of floors (allocation of different floor coverings, boards, specification)
5. Ceiling plan (sizes and anchors, height marks, color or finish type)
6. Furniture plan with specification (abstract, binding)
7. Equipment plan with specification
8. Plan of lamps with specification, binding
9. Plan of sockets with specification, binding
10. Decor plan with specification, binding
11. Finishing plan with a record
12. Facade(s) with designation and dimensions of outdoor advertising and design elements, specification
13. Facade views
Types and specifications are generated automatically from models. It requires measurement, annotations, placement of species on sheets, clarification, verification.
