Project description
Remote work for a website developer. You need to create a marketplace site for legal documents.
The site should contain:
1. A start page with many different types of contracts (visually, like the front page of Google docs, minimum of unnecessary details). Example in the presentation
2. When switching to the contract icon, a new similar menu with different variants of the contract of the same type, different authors. A rating/evaluation system for authors should be added.
3. Contract management:
- Availability of a menu for selecting essential conditions, when changing which the main text of the contract changes. It is necessary to add to the site the possibility of simply adding new contracts and variants of wording in it.
Display of the choice of wording by the counterparty (example in the photo)
- Ability to send a link as in Google doc to co-edit a document with another user.
- Simple chat. Go to chat when you press the button "discuss" in the contradiction of choice.
4. Signature.
Add the possibility of sharing scans of the signed agreement on the site between counterparties. Storage of contracts, scans.
5. Calendar.
Users can add events under contracts to the calendar with push notifications to mail / social networks.
