Project description
I need a programmer. You need to write a program in C++ using the OpenCV library. There is a lot of theoretical information and a flowchart of the algorithm, you need only a software implementation. Ideally, tonight I would like to have at least a program of finding movement in the frame on an array of images (video is divided into many frames).
The rest is desirable to implement within two weeks maximum.
