Hello, friends! We are looking for an account manager in the design studio.
We think that a woman (from 20 to 37 years) will be better in this position, but we have nothing against men.
Requirements
- working schedule from 10 to 19 in Moscow
- "Always on the phone";
- literate speech
- possession of business correspondence
- spelling, punctuation
- lack of accent
- attentiveness
- responsibility (!)
Interaction with the CRM system
- Ownership of the Office package (doc, xls, ppt)
- "Home" and "self-control"
- stable home Internet
Responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming calls
- services consultation
- sending commercial offers and descriptions of services
- sending briefs
- processing of incoming applications from the site
- contracts, accounts, closing documents (1C + word)
- maintaining non-complex reporting on work
Not required
- cold calls, letters, etc., i.e. You don’t have to look for customers in any way.
