Project description
Requires a project of heating and ventilation of a 2-storey private house.
Heating is planned by means of a fireplace - air (preferably without forced ventilation), as well as electricity (warm plinth, film warm floors, IR heaters).
The house is under construction and SIP panels greenboard + PPU. SIP panels are very good at keeping warm, but do not let steam pass, so ventilation is mandatory. To maintain the energy efficiency of the house, it is necessary to provide ventilation with heat recovery.
House for seasonal living, in winter visit sometimes, so for the electric heating system must be remote control (you can provide just installation of the device, the smart home system can be selected separately).
