Project description
We need a modeling specialist in the ANSYS program. It is necessary to create a 3D model for the section of the above-ground pipeline on the supports with the compensator and perform the calculation of displacements (Total Deformation) and stresses (Equivalent Stress) from the action of pressure and temperature for various friction coefficients on the supports (contact pair “support-rostwerk”). The pipeline is subject to loads: internal pressure (repeat the calculation for several values), temperature (repeat the calculation for several values), distributed load vertically.
Work on the project must begin no later than 16.04.18
The general scheme of the model (top view) and supports (two types) with dimensions attach for clarity. All the mounts are the same except for the extreme (fixed) - there is enough to set a hard marking at the point.
