Good afternoon!
We are looking for a mechanical engineer to complete product development and prepare drawings for production.
For further production, we need to make some changes to the existing project.
The product is a platform device that is lifted using a hydraulic spring that independently raises children to the washbasin in a public toilet.
The child is standing steadily on a platform that raises him to a height of about 25 cm so that he can reach the washbasin on his own.
The total weight of the device is approximately 9 kg. Material: steel. Internal device: hydraulic springs.
The attachments contain a photo of the original product, which is already available in the US market.
For further production, we need to make changes to the mechanical part of the structure and use a different hydraulic system.
There are also drawings of the original device (see attachments), which can be used as a starting point for work.
Task: based on the original, prepare drawings of the product, to launch it into production. The internal structure should have 2 springs with hydraulic compression and one torsion spring. Ideally, all the drawings are in English.
