1. Purchase should occur "in one click", without registrations, confirmations, clarifications, etc.: name, phone, mail, address, comments.
2. The city of the visitor should be determined, and the visitor should be better, if he has already ordered (like hello Vasya, we are glad to see you again).
3. Using the city, according to a certain algorithm, delivery to this city should be calculated and the amount of the order from which delivery will be free.
I mean. The administrator maintains a directory of cities with specific prices.
4. On the screen only the basket button, there is no "most" basket with the inscription, for example, "in the basket of goods for 3000 rubles. If you add goods for 1000 rubles, you will receive a discount of 3%.
