Write a script for image processing

Programmer services are required. Remote work writing script. The project involves converting several 2D images from an MRI scanner. Your job is to create a script (in Python, Matlab, or bash) that will process individual images one by one and convert them into matching. The challenge is to get good quality recording between images, which will require careful consideration of parameters.

I am looking for an assistant for the next 3 months. This little project is a test. In the future, we work with machine learning (if you have skills) or write simple statistical tests (in matlab or python). The point is desire!
