Project description
We need a specialist in AutoCAD. Plan adjustments are required. It is necessary to issue the Regulations of the WRC with sections on requirements or our methodologies (Department of designing buildings and structures). Replace everywhere and in the drawings also the term "general plan" by "scheme of planning organization of the land plot". Section 1.1. Paragraphs 2 and 3 do not apply to ODA. Paragraph 1.3.1. What is the “Speciality” and “Speciality”? Section 1.4. The first and second paragraphs are not combined with each other. Make a thermal calculation of the coating.
Sheet 1: throughout the project should be identical font (height can be set different); show shadows on the facade; columns in the form of spatial farms to finish; white parts on the facade to color.
Sheet 2 (plans): the slope of the hatching in some walls is incorrect (see para. GOST, in the explication, what do "like a room" mean? What is the "like" of? There should be air ducts near the toilets (rooms 9 and 21). The garbage pipeline (23, 24 and 25) cannot be a room, it is a pipe channel. Why does room 6 have one of the walls (internal) with insulation? The length of the ramp is made according to GOST. To avoid cluttering the drawing, make 3 dimensional lines on both sides. Where there are engineering communications on standard floors, they also go on the first floor. Section 1-1 on the plan indicate on both sides of the building.
Sheet 3: on the section of the piles show the hatching according to GOST, the piles are most often at the same distance, you need to show them (those that fall into the cut - shade); staircases to make the same thickness of the line, shade the marches that fall into the cut according to GOST; in the left wall on the cut horizontal insulation is not needed; overlap shade in accordance with the material according to GOST; on the dimensional line below raise the coordination lines to connect with them in the drawing in the sheets and specify the number of all the sheets.
