Project description
The services of a specialist in Arhicad are required. The design project is required :
1. Measurements of all premises on which project work is carried out.
2. Plan for installation and dismantling of partitions (if necessary).
3. Planning solutions (at least 2 options).
4. Schematic layout of furniture (schematically, without drawing furniture elements).
5. Floor plan with indication of the type of flooring and sizes.
6. Plan of doorways. Door records.
7. Plan of placement of electric (water) floor heating.
8. Ceiling plan with indication of the type of material used, individual nodes and sections.
9. Plan of placement of lighting fixtures, binding of lighting outputs.
10. Plan of switches with indication of groups of lamps.
11. Plan of placement of electrical outlets and electrical terminals, weak currents with geometry-bound dimensions
12. Sections, sweeps of walls, individual parts of the interior with decorative elements.
13. Scanning of walls with layout of tiles with indication of area, quantity and article of the selected material (according to the facing area of the room).
14. Preliminary statement of finishing materials, indicating the amount for each
